The “BC Day Long Weekend” is all about hiking, biking, camping & boating. Incidentally, mishaps occur that are preventable.
Before every adventure:
- Leave a detailed trip plan, leave a note with friends or family or access AdventureSmart’s online trip plan.
- Make sure you’re physically and mentally ready.
- Take all the essential gear in case you have an emergency or even need to spend the night. (+ season & sport specific gear)
