We are the family of your third call, the two adult swimmers who went for a cold dip/swim turned to unexpected emergency. The professional and timely assistance we received from everyone was beyond amazing and we all now have a new and huge respect for the whole process of emergency personal and their services and also how calm water areas can turn to not calm areas quickly. Thank you again goes to the first responders at the scene, the park facilitator was my first person in the right place at the right time with the right words and response. I did not get his name but will do my best to get my words of appreciation to him. Then Jeff, Lara, and Oran and the helicopter team. You are all very good at your jobs, either paid or volunteer please be encouraged to continue doing a job well done to provide rescue to the Canadian public.
