- complete a trip plan and leave it with friends/family? (our App works great for that!)
- have proper gear and safety essentials to safely reach your destination? (destination is home!)

BC SAR statistics (SAR = air, land & inland waters):
June 1, 2020 – August 30, 2020 = 1,098 search and rescue incidents (air, land & inland waters).
August 26 – September 1, 2019 = 65 incidents (2019 labour day long weekend)
September 4 – 7, 2020 = to be determined
Media groups are encouraged to share our PSA, consistent message (3Ts) and requests for interviews are welcomed.
